You Agree That You Are Solely Responsible To Kotlie And To Any Third Party For Any Breach Of Your Obligations Under These Terms Of Use Or Other Agreements And For The Consequences (including Any Loss Or Damage Which Kotlie Or Its Affiliates Or Its Vendors May Suffer) For Any Such Breach.

Kotlie Does Not Pre-screen User Content. Kotlie Has No Obligation To Monitor Any User Content. However, Kotlie At Its Discretion And/or In Accordance With Applicable Law May Monitor Any User Content And May Remove Any User Content From The Website If Kotlie Determines In Its Sole Discretion That Such User Content Is In Violation Of These Terms Of Use Or Any Applicable Law.
